Reporting

The following reports can be generated:

• Latest legislation without delegations
• Latest All Update
• Upcoming Bylaws that need reviewing
• Officer-specific delegations
• Officer warrants due to expire
• Position Info
• Updated Legislation
• Latest Memos
• Latest User access log

Create Reports

Click on the Reports section

For each report, click on Full Report at the bottom of the report. Customise the report by clicking on Columns, and show or hide the columns you require.

     

Full Screen – display the report on a full screen.

Export Reports

Reports can be exported to Excel or as a PDF.

Click on the Export to Excel button or Export to PDF, and click on the file to open it.

To transfer the file into a specific folder, move your file from Downloads to the folder required.
