Managing Financial Delegations
A Financial Delegation is the authority to approve expenditures or enter into financial commitments on behalf of your Council.
Adding a Financial delegation (Administrators Only)
Click on the Financial Delegations section, then Add New Financial Delegation
Add the title, description, and sort order. Click Save
Click Add New Delegate
The position is a drop-down list from the roles database. It includes the financial limit in brackets. The memo is a drop-down list from the Memos Section. The other fields are free text. Each position is added individually.
Click Update
For each Financial Delegation, you can view the Financial Delegation, view the history and print.
