Editing Acts and Sections (Administrators Only)

Each Act/Regulation has the following three actions:

See Details

View the Act and the description or summary of that legislation.

View each section, the legal notes, the summary, the description and the delegable sections, the delegations to each section, the issue date of the delegations, the resolution date and the resolution number.

X Delete (Administrators Only)

Deleting an Act/Regulation from your list, which is part of the master list, will move it to More Acts. It can be imported back into your instance if required at a later date.

Deleting an Act/Regulation from your, that is not part of the master list will delete it from your instance. It will not be retrievable

Hide/Unhide (Administrators Only)                                                   

Hiding an Act/Regulation means it is no longer visible to the public. It remains in your instance and can be unhidden if required.

 

Editing Acts (Administrators Only)

You can edit an Act by selecting the Pencil icon next to the name of the Act. 

Make any desired changes and click Save  

 

Editing Sections (Administrators Only)

To edit a specific Section, click Edit in the bottom right corner of that Section.  

To delete a Section within an Act, click the See Details link next to the associated Act, then click Delete in the bottom right of the associated section. If you delete a section, it is not retrievable. Sections not required should be hidden.

To hide/unhide a section within an Act, click on the unhide/hide icon in the bottom right corner of the Section. 

To edit a specific Section, click Edit in the bottom right corner of that Section.  

To delete a Section within an Act, click the See Details link next to the associated Act, then click Delete in the bottom right of the associated section.

If you delete a section, it is not retrievable. Sections not required should be hidden.

To hide/unhide a section within an Act, click on the unhide/hide icon in the bottom right corner of the Section.
