Adding Delegations to a Section (Administrators Only)

The Acts/Regulations are preloaded with sections that have delegable powers to Councils.

To add delegations to a section: Click on the Acts Section, then See Details of the Act you wish to add delegations to.

Add delegates from the drop-down list, which is linked to the Roles database.

Use the search field to locate the role required. If you have multiple roles, they need to be added individually.

Select the roles and then click Add New Delegate

Change the date of the delegation (it defaults to today’s date).

Add a link to a memo. The memo is a drop-down list from the Memos Section.

After all delegated roles have been added, click Save

The summary defaults to the legal notes. The summary can be edited. The Legal Notes field is not editable.
